Arun Abraham is a Managing Director at an investment advisory subsidiary of M. Klein & Company, a global strategic advisory firm that has sponsored the Churchill Capital series of public special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs) that invest in both growth and value companies. 

Mr. Abraham has been a member of the Churchill Capital investment team since the inception of Churchill Capital Corp. vehicle in 2018. 

After joining M. Klein & Company in July 2017, Mr. Abraham initially focused on advising technology, FinTech, media, telecom, sports, energy and other companies and select financial sponsors, SWFs and major family offices on M&A, capital markets and other strategic transactions and processes.

Previously, Mr. Abraham was an investment banker at Lazard Frères & Co. (2016-2017) and at Evercore Partners (2013-2016), where he advised leading global companies and investors across a range of sectors including TMT, FinTech and healthcare.

Mr. Abraham began his career as a corporate and securities attorney at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft in the global law firm’s Lower Manhattan headquarters. He is a member of the New York State Bar.

Mr. Abraham holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a J.D. from USC Law School and a B.A. from Yale University.
