Paul S. Misir is the Founder & Managing Partner of Notos LLC since May 2013, consulting to boards of private and public telecom, data, and tech companies on corporate strategy and capital markets.

With 18 years of private equity investment and secondaries deal experience on behalf of and alongside institutional LPs and PE/ VC funds, Mr. Misir has extensive board experience in middle-market private equity, overseeing exit strategies including IPO, M&A, dividend recap, secondary buyout, and sale to strategic acquirer

From 2001 - 2011, Mr. Misir served as Founder and Managing Partner of Morning Street Partners and its related private equity funds, as well as CEO of predecessor merchant bank and market advisor, Columbia Strategy LLC.

He is current Chairman & Founder of TapStats, Inc, developing a gamified sports data and analytics platform and apps, and partnering with content owners around select digital media rights and live streaming.

Mr. Misir previously Founded Search@, a venture-backed distributed OTT search engine for data-lite smartphone mobile messaging platforms and was also formerly an Analyst and Senior Aide with the Administration of Rudolph Giuliani at the City of New York, Department of Social Services.
